COMPREHENSIVE PREVENTIVE MAINTENANCE

Preventive maintenance should be preformed in Spring and Fall

Outdoor Equipment:

Inspect refrigerant level & adjust
Clean dirt, leaves, debris from
     inside cabinet
Clear base pan drain openings
     of obstructions
Inspect / clean coil & cabinet
Lubricate fan motor & blades
     inspect for damage & wear
Inspect control box and all
     electrical components
Inspect compressor & tubing
     for leaks or damage

Indoor Equipment:

Clean and Inspect blower unit
Lubricate motor as needed
Replace fan belt if required
Remove any lint & debris from
      blower housing
Check for leaks in gas furnaces
Inspect, clean & adjust burner
      assembly
Check all electrical systems
Check ductworks for leaks
Replace air filters
